Cancellations
- You can cancel your order before it is processed for fulfillment. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at uaecare@bikanervala.com
- We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order is processed and prepared for dispatch.
Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we generally do not accept returns.
- However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired, we will be happy to offer a replacement or full refund.
To initiate a return
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, notifying us of the issue with the item(s).
- Please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and any photos that may be helpful. Our customer service team will review your request and get in touch to arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

- We reserve the right to reject any return requests that are submitted outside the timeframe or do not meet the above criteria.
- Shipping costs for returned items will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent).
